David Marlett
David Marlett is the Executive Director of the National Crowdfunding Association, www.nlcfa.org, the association of almost every crowdfunding portal in the United States and an ever-growing roster of VCs, investment banks, attorneys, accountants, software companies and other vendors to the crowdfunding industry.
David has 25 years experience as an attorney and CPA putting together financing ranging from quick $50,000 deals to large $60,000,000 ventures, in an array of industries, including: film and other media (his specialty), energy (oil, gas and alternative), health care, banking, real estate, high tech, retail, service providers, artists and designers, and engineers and inventors.
David’s specialty is in the film and entertainment arena, but also has deep experience in these other industries as well. He speaks and writes regularly in the press and trade publications, and is a frequent speaker at entrepreneur and entertainment industry conferences across the U.S. (He will be joining us via Skype Video and will answer questions live.)

Debe, co-founder of CrowdFundingLIVE, is a 40 year veteran of public relations, marketing and promotion through her own business, the music industry and various capacities in real estate, educational companies and for non-profits. Ms. Fennell spent many years in the music industry as a journalist for Radio & Records, a national trade newspaper, as a talent coordinator for two nationally syndicated radio shows for Emerald Radio Network, 10 years as a national records promotion executive for Sony/BMG, Curb Records, Magnatone Records and Giant Records.

Aggie Kobrin
Aggie, co-founder of CrowdFundingLive has built several successful event planning and media distribution companies. Aggie was the creative force behind several independent films and has an extensive global network and a sphere of influence that include the giants of the speaking community. She was an enterprising managing director of the highly successful eWomenNetwork, and is a contributing author and a regular media personality.
Deb Augur
Deb is the third partner and co-founder of CrowdFundingLIVE. She is also the web developer, social media strategist and crowdfunding project coordinator. She works hand-in-hand with the people posting projects on the site, helping them put together a strong project page and often advising on the campaign as a whole.
Deb has been a full-time web developer since 2001. She has worked with hundreds of clients including best selling authors, International speakers, several of the infamous marketing gurus and many small business owners and entrepreneurs. She specializes in WordPress but is also proficient in PHP and HTML. She also offers mobile optimized sites, copywriting, marketing and social media services.
Pat Lynch
In 1996, Pat Lynch began Women’s Online Media and Education Network (W.O.M.E.N.) which produces WomensRadio, in order to “give women a greater voice!” WomensRadio, a converging medium, had its beginning on the Web as a rich, content Website for women leaders. In 2001, her company also began WomensCalendar. Alison Gaulden started My PR Coach to share her knowledge and enthusiasm for public relations, with specialties in strategic planning, community and member relations, media relations and publicity, marketing, public affairs and volunteer/board development. For more than 21 years Alison worked as a reproductive freedom fighter conducting the the public affairs strategy for Planned Parenthood Mar Monte. Additionally Alison serves as adjunct professor teaching public relations courses for the Reynolds School of Journalism, University of Nevada Reno, which she has done for nearly a decade. A former president and current member of the PRSA Sierra Nevada Chapter, Alison earned the Gold Spike award for using her profession to improve the community in 2008 and the Mark Curtis Senior Award for her commitment to the PR profession in 2004. Committed to student growth, Alison received the University of Nevada Reno, Association of Student Union Advisor of the Year Award in 2006 and 2007 and 2012.
Alison received her MBA in marketing from the University of Phoenix in 2005 and her BA in Journalism from UNR Reynolds School of Journalism in 1992.
