Greetings and welcome
We founded CrowdFundingLIVE as three women who realized that an ever-expanding list of crowdfunding sites are focused on a broad range of endeavors with narrow categories but none focus on women, as a target audience or project lead. We know there are creative women, women entrepreneurs, and women-run non-profits and businesses that need funding. They have amazing ideas, but limited resources for getting those ideas off the ground.
CrowdFundingLIVE is designed to do just that.
| While we are a women-owned company and believe in empowering women, we encourage everyone to post their projects here and work with us on this site.We’ve made some decisions about how we’re going to run this site we think you’ll like. Many crowdfunding sites don’t distribute the monies raised if the original goal is not met, we’ve decided to disperse funds if 60% of your money goal is reached by the end of your campaign and in special cases we do allow campaigns on a “keep it all” basis. (In this case, you must have strong connections or previous success. Inquire via our contact form, if interested.) |
Our mission is to continue to bring information, resources and expertise through our network and the experience of people who know how to navigate today’s marketplace. We will do our best to help projects that are exciting and promising find the solutions and the support they need to be successful.
We will continue to host CrowdFundingLIVE events throughout the year, in various cities, to bring you cutting edge information. We’ll help you discover how crowdfunding works, how to better pitch your ideas to raise funds and how to continue to grow your business.
